Itinerary:

Transfer between 04:00 and 04:30 am from your accommodation in Cusco. We will board our tourist transport to go to Quiquijana, where we will taste a delicious buffet breakfast in our restaurant.

After breakfast, we will continue our journey to the control point in Llaqta.

After a few more minutes in transportation, we will arrive at Phulawasipata (vehicle parking), from where we will start our walk. Before starting the trek, our guide will give us some recommendations to start our adventure towards The Mountain of Colors.

We will walk for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to Vinicunca Mountain or 7 Color Mountain 5,036 m.a.s.l. In the highest part of the mountain we will enjoy a panoramic view of the Vinicunca mountain or Mountain of Colors. In addition, we can see the Ausangate mountain (it is the fifth highest mountain in Peru, its maximum altitude is 6,385 m.a.s.l.).

We can be 20 minutes in the highest part of the mountain, to avoid some discomfort from the height. Our guide will give you free time to take the best possible photos and take a good memory of the place.

Then, we will start the trek to the Red Valley for approximately 30 minutes. We will arrive at the views of the Red Valley located at 5,038 m.a.s.l. We will be the viewpoint for 15 minutes.

We will return and return walking to the parking lot, our driver will wait for us.

After approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes we will arrive at the restaurant in Quiquijana where we will taste our delicious buffet lunch.

We will board our transport and after approximately 2 hours we will arrive in the city of Cusco to the Plaza Regocijo, 2 blocks from the Plaza de Armas.
